Condition: Very Good. See description and photos.
This is an extremely rare special edition of the Big Box Railroad Tycoon 2 PC game. As far as we can tell, this edition was unique to a handful of Best Buy stores. This special edition and the tote bag with it is exceedingly rare!
Excellent Used Condition w/ some minor corner damage on the box. CD disc appears to have no scratches, both the case and manual are like-new. The rare tote bag is still sealed in its original packaging.
