Fowler's Improved Phrenological Head
This was presented to us as "not a reproduction", but we are not experts and hope Phrenology Collectors or Medical Collectors will let us know more information about this.
It has an Art Deco appearance and semi-modern so it may have been made in the 1960s?
Our research has only discovered a nearly exact Phrenological head that was referenced on Worthpoint and sold for $5,313 in 2021 by Hindman Auctions. That particular one was listed from the collection of a Phrenological Medical Collector.

9-1/2 Inches tall, 5-1/2 inches wide, 5-1/2 inches deep
Excellent previously used condition - selling as presented - we have not cleaned this piece at all.
