This is a Bausch & Lomb Baltar 100mm F2.3 Cine Lens w/ No Mount.
Included with this lens is a custom protective case.
The case has two lids - one is a solid lid, The other is a two sided piece with a grid on one end so that desiccant can be included to protect the unit from moisture.
3D printed in ASA on a high-end FDM 3D Printer.
There are minor cleaning marks that won't effect image quality. There's also a light haze on the internal elements that should be easy to clean with the lens disassembled. Lens has some form of pitting on the external surface of the rear element. I was unable to clean it with alcohol-based lens cleaner, so I'm unsure if it's a defect in the glass/coating or if it's simply a difficult to clean substance. The front element appears to be in great shape with very minor cleaning marks.
