Previously used with scuffs, scratches, adhesive residue from old labels, etc. Inside is pristine - Battery contacts are clean and have no corrosion. Does not have the test lead holder, wo they just get crammed inside the cover before attaching - priced accordingly. This unit does not have the manufacturer's identification plate.
