1940s accessory. Instruction sheet is dated 10-8-47. Supposedly attaches to brake drums and stops brakes from squealing. This is a set of six bands and hardware - three bands are required for each brake drum so this would attach to two brake drums.
Fitment: We presume this is a period correct accessory for 1940s to 1950s vehicles.
